I am an artist based in the UK. I have a BA(Hons) Degree in Fine Art, mainly working in oils & pastels and my main interests are still life and portraiture.

​

I've always been inspired by paintings with a strong sense of light with dark backdrops, in particular pieces of work from the late 19th Century. I have also been influenced by more contemporary artists and continually reference Euan Uglow, Stanley Spencer, Lucien Freud and Richard Estes.
